Steps on how to do Wind Vane

Materials used:
2 paper plates
1 pencil with  eraser on top
1 needle
1 straw
Plasticine

Step 1: Write North, South, East and West on one of the paper plates.
Step 2: Cut the end of the straw
Step 3: Slit the cut arrow between the cut ends
Step 4: Use needle to poke through the middle of the straw and attach it to the pencil with a eraser on top
Step 5: Use the pencil to poke through the paper plate.
Step 6: Attach the plasticine to the tip of the pencil
Step 7: Glue the paper plates together
